The 24-hectare "Empire East Highland City" is Megaworld's 24th township development. Located along F. Felix Avenue in Cainta, Rizal, this township will be host to the expansive "Highland Mall" which has a gross floor area of around 58,000 square meters. It will be highlighted by the "Highland Park" which will also house a 500-seating capacity church. Empire East will also develop 38 residential towers on the elevated portion of the township that will serve as a dramatic backdrop to the vision of "Highland City".
