An overwhelming percentage of Australian property investors are expecting the Perth property market to produce the goods over the next three years, according to new data.

Of 401 property investors surveyed, 37 per cent rank Perth as the best place to invest in the next 12 months, and 61 per cent rank the capital city as the property market with the highest growth potential over the next three years, research from property investment consultancy, Momentum Wealth, shows.

Australia’s housing market has marked its largest monthly increase since March 2017, with values up 0.9 per cent in September.

This marks the second consecutive month of gains, following a gain of 0.8 per cent in August, bringing quarterly gains to 1.7 per cent, and annual performance to -3.9 per cent growth.

Prices for BGC and Makati real estate (condos and office spaces) can go for 600,000 per square meter today. That’s about 36 MILLION for a tiny 60 square meter studio. Back in 2010, high end condos in Makati and BGC were barely reaching 150,000/sqm, but now the high end condo developments are now going for up to 600,000/sqm. Back then, when people were asked about getting a unit at 150,000/sqm, they would have freaked out and said that it is too expensive; but today, offer that to anyone and they would hand over the payment right away.
